Return & Refund

Change of Mind Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item is new, unused, undamaged and unmodified.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, BougeRV reserves the right to decline the return or exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, BougeRV will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with this policy and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Out-of-Stock Orders
If an item you purchased becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to cancel your order for a refund or wait for the item to be restocked

Return Authorisation Required
Please do not return any products without contacting us first, as the return address may differ from the address shown on the original package. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Modified Products
BougeRV does not accept returns for products that have been modified or altered, as this will void the product warranty. Any modified product returned to us will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and inspected at the BougeRV warehouse, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
A refund confirmation notice will be sent to the customer’s registered email address once the refund has been completed. Please note that the time for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

▪ A replacement or refund if the product has a major failure;
▪ Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by the failure;
▪ A repair or replacement if the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the issue does not constitute a major failure.

Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights apply in addition to any return, refund or warranty policy offered by BougeRV.

If you believe your product does not meet a consumer guarantee under ACL, please contact our customer support team so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
